2012 Business Plan

I am so bad about writing a business plan.  Sure I have goals, but I'm better at keeping my thoughts stored up and flying by the seat of my pants!

March 1, 2012 will be my 1 year Birthday for Bloomery Designs. I have started thinking about what products I really want to offer for my business.

I started Bloomery Designs on an idea of revamping the traditional baby shower gifts.  Then in the summer of 2011 I taught myself how to embroidery/applique. 

I bought my first machine and quickly upgraded to a bigger hoop size.  Then I discovered sewing up some children's gifts and got a sewing machine.  Now I have a 6 needle embroidery machine and the fun has just begun!

But now I need to think about what direction do I want to take my business in.  Do I just stick with embroidery/applique? Or do I broaden my horizons and sew more children's gifts and clothes? Or both?
